By using shopprintculture.com to place an order, you guarantee that you have all the required authorization, rights, and powers to do so. You also provide shopprintculture.com permission to produce the products on your behalf.
Order Cancellation Policy
Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once they are in “Approved” by the client. There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.
Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy
Shopprintculture.com focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within five (5) business days. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept at (888) 739-8501, Option 1 or via email at info@shopprintculture.com.
While we look into the best course of action, our customer service representative will record your complaint and prepare a claim for your reference. Within five business days of receiving your order, you must notify Shopprintculture, Inc. of any faults and/or order concerns. The customer will be asked to send in digital pictures to prove that the goods is defective. Customers may occasionally be asked to return defective product(s) to Shopprintculture at their own cost and within a mutually agreed-upon reasonable amount of time. If it is found that there is a defect, Shopprintculture may pay the customer for postage costs if the purchase needs to be delivered back to them at their own.
Courier companies will not reimburse any costs associated with expeditedorders, such as rush printing or shipping, unless the product is defective or courier company is unable to deliver the order. Shopprintculture reserves the right to determine the refund/rework and the turnaround time and shipping choices for reprinted orders, which are contingent upon available manufacturing capacity. The turnaround time starts as soon as the final proof approval is received. Only written consent will be considered for final approval. Verbal consent will not be accepted
Customer Supplied Proofs
We are not responsible for any and all errors in the customer’s printing job if they select the “No Proof. Run As Is.” option.
Color Proof Accuracy
Please be aware that color proofs do not always exactly match the final result since the proofs are produced differently from the printed piece and because the proofs provided by the customer are not set up correctly on our presses.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold shopprintculture.com harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Terms and Conditions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold shopprintculture.com harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
